TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ITF (International Tennis Federation)

The ticket holder hereby agrees to comply with these terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time and are set by e|motion Management GmbH (the "ORGANISER") of the Davis Cup Qualifier (the "Event").

Our Contract with You

  1. This ticket is a personal, revocable licence, is non-transferable and may not be resold. Tickets transferred, advertised or offered for sale outside of a resale platform authorised by the ORGANISER will be rendered void. The ORGANISER reserves the right to revoke the licence granted by this ticket, with or without cause, upon refund of the purchase price. Re-entry after leaving the venue is not permitted.

  2. The ticket holder assumes all risks and dangers associated with attending the Event, whether occurring before, during or after a session.

  3. All ticket sales for the Event are final and are excluded from exchange or refund. The ticket holder is solely responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen tickets.

  4. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotional purposes (including competitions and prize draws) or any other commercial purposes.

Your Conduct at the Event

  1. The ticket holder consents to searches and inspections and to the confiscation of prohibited items. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: bottles, cans, alcoholic beverages, signs, professional video and film cameras and recording devices, camera lenses with a focal length exceeding 300 mm, umbrellas, fireworks and smoke bombs. Persons under the influence of alcohol will be denied entry. The following are strictly prohibited:

    • Pyrotechnic or explosive materials

    • Megaphones, horns, gas-powered noisemakers and other noise instruments, laser pointers

    • Tools, scissors, flags, helmets, umbrellas

    • Firearms and bladed weapons

    • Food and beverages

    • Dogs (except guide and assistance dogs)

    • Suitcases, backpacks and balls

    • Prams, bicycles, roller skates, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards

    • Computers and laptops

  2. The ticket holder may not bring any political, promotional or commercial materials or signs into the venue that are visible to others.

  3. The ticket holder must comply with reasonable instructions from the ORGANISER, its staff or representatives regarding safety and crowd management.

  4. The ticket holder must adhere to the "SPECTATOR HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS".

  5. The ticket holder must comply with all policies communicated in advance by the ORGANISER, and any amendments thereto, regarding the possession and use of musical instruments.

  6. Ticket holders are not permitted to distribute printed materials or other items, or to sell or distribute merchandise within the venue.

  7. No ticket holder or spectator may collect, distribute or publish scores or associated statistical data for commercial or gambling purposes during a match in progress (from start to finish).

  8. No person (except those holding a licence from ITF Licensing (UK) Ltd, acting as the International Tennis Federation ("ITFL") may bring into or use within the venue any device capable of recording or transmitting audio, visual or audiovisual content or data relating to the Event. Copyright in any unauthorised recordings or transmissions shall vest in ITFL. For the avoidance of doubt, mobile phones and other mobile devices are permitted, provided that:
    (a) they are used for personal purposes only and not during a match; and
    (b) no moving images featuring match play are published or made accessible to third parties (e.g. via social media).

Public Relations and Promotion

  1. By entering the venue, the ticket holder consents to being photographed, filmed or recorded. The ticket holder grants the ORGANISER and ITFL, as well as their partners, the irrevocable right to use such recordings (including voice, image and likeness) for any purpose, including commercial use, without compensation or further notice. This consent is perpetual.

Our Right to Make Changes

  1. The date, time and location of the Event may be changed without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, processing fees will not be refunded. Sporting events may be subject to last-minute changes (e.g. due to weather or injury).

  2. The Event is governed by the official regulations (see www.daviscup.com). Amendments or trial rules are possible. The ORGANISER and ITFL accept no liability for changes resulting therefrom. Particular attention is drawn to the "Dead Match Policy", whereby fewer matches than announced may take place if the tie is decided early.

  3. Neither the ORGANISER nor ITFL shall be liable for refunds, losses or damages resulting from cancellation or changes due to force majeure (e.g. government action, strikes, disasters).

  4. If an entire match day is cancelled, one of the subsequent days — up to and including Sunday, 20 September 2026 — will be offered as a binding replacement date. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer agrees to a possible rescheduling to this replacement date. If the offered replacement date is not taken up, no refund of the ticket price will be due. Should no replacement date be available, the customer may choose either a refund of the ticket purchase price without fees or the issuance of a voucher. If a session has commenced and at least 45 minutes of official play have taken place in total, the session shall be deemed to have been duly completed and not cancelled. In this case, no refund, voucher or rescheduling to another day will be due.+

Further Important Provisions

  1. The ORGANISER reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person, in particular in cases of security risks, inappropriate behaviour or violations of these terms and conditions.

  2. In the event of a dispute, the ticket holder may contact an alternative dispute resolution body. Contact: ticketing@emotiongroup.com

  3. The ticket holder acknowledges that the ORGANISER and ITFL may use data provided for ticket processing, Event operations and the enforcement of legal claims.
